Worst insurance ever

Worst insurance ever. Avoid it. They don't reimburse the hospitalization fee at all. They sent me an invoice of 1400€ for half-day hospitalization!!

Worst insurance ever

My experience with this insurance has been only hastles. They are awfully slow to respond, it takes 10 days to have any response.

They also make false promise and have misleading behaviours. I have to take legal action to have my rights heard because on the insurance side, you will find closed door and not take you seriously.

I have subscribed with extra cost to their optical&dental insurance which claims to cover dental and othodontics treatments. They refuse to reimburse my orthodontics treatment without any valid reason

Avoid at any cost, that insurance is only a source of trouble

Awful communication techniques

Awful communication techniques. It takes months to get ALL of your money back and close the issue or get answers to your questions. Answers are always partially wrong and never full, always mistakes. If they pay you back, always check: I had a huge number of invoices reimbursed wrongly, 80% of them, of course towards diminishing the payable amount, never increasing it. Check every line and question them. This questioning will take you months and you`ll probably get back all your money in the end, but they will make literally 100 mistakes in the process and you`ll have to e-mail them multiple times and call them and wait for many minutes on the line where it`ll say - "you are number 13 in the list of waiting people for this phone call". You`ll have to repeat yourself many times and underline and point them into their mistakes also multiple times. In the end they`ll give you back what they owe you probably, but you`ll be on the verge of giving up many times.
