Vanco won't honor a request to stop bank withdrawals

Vanco takes donations for churches. I tried to close mine, but couldn't log in because it had been too long. Vanco recommended I delete the account. I did, but the withdrawals continued. When I called, they said they have no duty to me - only to the church I donate to and wouldn't stop taking money out. They've now taken money out for 3 months that I have requested them not to. My church hasn't done anything about this, either, but Vanco ultimately is the agency that makes the withdrawals, and their liability is to me. There is a withdrawal set up for 10/21/25, and again they refuse to stop it.
