V&A went above and beyond with their customer service processes. Not only did I receive posted samples for my flooring and carpet, but I also received 2 x house visits to review full size samples to ensure my selection was a good one.
Overall I felt Victoria cared about my process and guided me with her vast knowledge and advice.

Good customer service so far from V&A Carpets, booked the home visit online had a call prior to the visit from Vicky to discuss our needs. Vicky arrived promptly gave us good advice and helped us choose our bedroom carpets and produced three different quotes as requested the same day, very professional service
