What a piece of kit the scrambler is, massive shout out to Elliot who came up from Brighton to the Midlands to sort out a small issue. Would definitely recommend vandervolt.

I've been using my E-bike from Vandervolt for months now, and highly recommend it.

The condition is excellent - i've done over 150+ miles and it's still in perfect shape. The suspension is brilliant, the battery lasts a good amount of time compared to others i've tried, and the steering is really smooth.

I've had loads of compliments on the look and visuals of the bike which is always nice too. Highly recommend.

Just a bike from china with very cheap parts. They are not helpful in anyway , never answer any calls( bad signal according to their website 😂😂😂) . Brakes last 1mth . Trying to get parts from the is impossible . They do everything not to speak to you direct . Email /live chat are a waste of time
Like everything pictures look good but bike is just a cheap Chinese e-bike .

Really good, solid bike and Elliot was helpful during our communication.

However, customer service is very slow though. Takes ages to get replies. Get some staff! 😉

Bike came fully assembled and arrived on time. Quality is a bit sub-par as the Fork Stanchions are slightly rusted on a brand new ebike, light isnt straight against the tyre and handle bars weren't aligned. Nothing that I couldnt fix. However, for an extra £100 for assembly you'd expect the assembly quality to be
good. And that parts would be checked for corrosion. Other than that, all works well.

I ordered my E Bike Scrambler on 15th April 24. After 2 days of showing "pending delivery" I attempted to contact Vandervolt with a delayed response, finally the company informed me they were unable to offer free delivery to my address in Scotland, despite them advertising "Free UK delivery" they have since changed this on their website! What then aspired after was 2 weeks of long delayed emails between me and someone called Elliot. Frustratingly he only had a one time slot for responding to every email message which was every 24hrs! This became very frustrating for me to arrange my own courier collection which was approx £200 from the borders. Never have I dealt with such a slow, unhelpful individual. I eventually cancelled my order, whereby I waited another 18 days for my money to be refunded, in the end I went through PayPal and asked for them to help me get my money back. The biggest joke was that the e bike was then dropped in price by an extra £200 which would have almost covered the courier fees. It felt as though Elliot was playing for time for some unknown reason, and Its a shame as I really wanted this e bike for my mental health, which became aggravated by Elliot's long winded approach, I have subsequently purchased an e bike through another company which was processed and delivered within 1 week. Maybe Vandervolt were a good company once, unfortunately not now for me.

I’ve been riding my Vandervolt set up for 8 months now and it’s a beast! You get a lot of bang for your buck with these kits although it’s worth noting that you need to be fairly handy to get everything set up. That being said Elliot and the team offered fantastic support when needed. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have been dealing this company for a few years purchased numerous ebike kits fantastic value and quality. My personnel bike has just completed 10000 miles same battery same motor customer support is 5 star Highley recommend you can buy with confidence

The kit is good very fast and tourqey but the kit had quite a few things missing even the things I payed extra for and they sent the wrong size wheel

Had issues setting everything up as I am a novice, but I had help from Elliot throughout the whole thing.

I don’t believe you could get this much assistance or care from any other ebike kit company on the market right now.

Other companies may have slightly cheaper prices but the quality of their items and the after purchase care will not measure up to what Vandervolt can provide.

My order arrived very quickly and exactly as described.
The ordering was painless and once I was clear what I needed it was a simple process.

I would have liked an email confirming or giving an estimated delivery date and was just lucky a neighbour was available to accept on my behalf.

I had a issue with a product I purchased.and the team have gone above and beyond to resolve it.i couldn't ask for a better aftercare service .nice touch Vandervolt..

the (250w) ebike as a lot of pulling power as I am 14 stone it still climbs hills definitely the best 250w ebike out there

Great bit of kit

After alot of hunting around I settled on a 1500w hub kit from these guys, and I was not disappointed, its a beast !! The whole kit is much better than many others I have seen and was easy to fit, I would not hesitate to recommend Vandervolt products to anyone.

I bought the 250w version and it is a game changer. Fitted to a Carerra 27.5" mountain bike for commuting. I have a big hill to get up to get to work. The 250w motor easily copes with gettting me up the hill (with some pedal power) Been using it all week (6 miles a day) and I havent needed to charge it yet. Great piece of kit. Support from the guys at Vandervolt is great. If you are stuck they quickly respond to any questions and after realising it was me being stuipid that wheel was fitted and off I went. Make sure you order the right brake sensors (I dont think you need them if you are using throttle only without pedal assist) Can be a little tricky removing the brake disk from the old rim so I just bought a new one off Amazon for £10.

First big ride was 17 miles and i still had half a charge left. Really pleased so far!

Bought the 1500W Conversion Kit and could not be happier with it! Great product and the after care has been second to none. I would highly recommend Vandervolt to anyone
