I have not received the shoes
I have not received the shoes. The tracking number shows that was never been shipped to the collissimo collect point. I sent an email to have support and i have not had any reply.

Victoria came back to you by email the following Monday and immediately opened a complaint with the carrier about your parcel as it was delayed, in order to speed up its delivery.

Very poor quality
I bought a pair of beige over-knee boots. After 1 wear at the office (which reads not much walking) the sole is starting to crack.

Excellent quality sneakers & fast…
Excellent quality sneakers & fast courier service to the UK. There was a charge of €20 euros, but worth it for my order of x 2 pairs, esp when you want a speedy delivery. Although I had to pay this regardless if x 1 pair or x 2. The order value was under the current customs & excise level, for this import, so I did not have to pay additional fees. Check this yourself if you are concerned as fees may apply.

I ordered the trainers from the UK and within a few days they arrived! Beautifully wrapped with a black ribbon, the shoes are better than I could have hoped for. A joy to wear, so comfortable. I love them!
