Great support, slow to pacakge items
After a shipping issue on my first order, the support staff was quick, understanding, and helpful. However it appears that they take a very long time to send out orders, I made my second order on Thursday and they printed the shipping label on Monday but took until end of day Wednesday to ship the package after assuring me it had already been shipped before. It was almost a week on both orders before the packages were on their way
