They Take your money, then never respond

Title: They Took the Money, Then Ignored My Emails

My experience with Vanguard Equities LLC has been extremely disappointing.

After money was taken from my business bank account, I contacted the company multiple times requesting a clear written explanation. I provided the relevant transaction information, screenshots, signed ACH documentation, and previous correspondence. However, the information in my emails has repeatedly been ignored.

Their associate, Eli Wilson, initially told me the transaction was only a “bank hold.” Since then, I have followed up with both Eli Wilson and Julian Ross multiple times, but I have not received a meaningful response explaining why the money was taken, whether it is truly a hold or a separate fee, when it will be released or refunded, or where in the signed agreement the transaction was authorized.

It is unacceptable for a financial-services company to withdraw or hold business funds and then fail to respond to reasonable requests for documentation and clarification. Communication appeared available when the transaction was being arranged, but once the money was taken, obtaining assistance became extremely difficult.

I strongly advise other business owners to obtain every fee, deduction, and ACH authorization in writing before dealing with this company and to monitor their bank accounts carefully.

I am still giving Vanguard Equities an opportunity to resolve this matter. I will update this review if they provide a complete written explanation and return any money that was not properly authorized.
