Dealing with Vanguard Property Surveyors was very easy and straightforward. Rosanna was really helpful from the get go, explaining the different types of surveys we could have and what each of them cost, no hidden fees. After choosing a Level 3, Tom did a very thorough job surveying the property and came back with a detailed report that covered all our areas of interest/worry and many more.
Will definitely work with them again next time we need a survey.

I was very happy with the home survey service. The survey was carried out promptly and the report was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. It highlighted key issues without being alarmist and gave practical advice on what needed attention. The surveyor was professional and approachable, and I felt confident in the information provided. Even when I had an issue they sorted this straight away. Rosanna was amazing. Overall, an excellent service. Highly recommended.

We were recommended to Vanguard by our daughter who raved about the quality of the report and reporting process from Gianni for a house in London they are buying. From the start to the end of the survey we requisitions her opinion has been verified with knobs on! We have enjoyed a highly professional and personable service in support of buying the house - a process that is not without it's pressures. Prompt and very thorough the report is outstandingly good.

love that they give you a phonecall for a summary straight after the visit. the detail and photos in the report are of excellent quality, especially of the roof!! and extremely helpful. cant believe the value for money

I've used Rosanna and Tom for my homebuyer's survey twice now as my first flat purchase fell through, and both times they've been extremely communicative, thorough, and clear - the dream when you're a first time buyer! It can feel like very overwhelming when you're not used to the home buying process, but they put you totally at ease. Would highly recommend, and will likely use them again in future for any other surveys I need.

I found Vanguard in a moment of luck when trawling through surveyors & reviews online. I needed to get survey results at fairly short notice & trust I was getting a thorough service.
They turned out to be fantastic & I would happily recommend them to anyone.
The experienced advice over phone from the admin team helped me make the right choice, they were knowledgeable and efficient. They took care of scheduling the survey, which happed very swiftly, & I immediately got a call from Tom as follow up, when he provided thorough & clear information.

Excellent report and excellent communication.

This is my first time using Vanguard and I must say the experience has been enjoyable. Rosanna was professional, polite and helpful every step of the way. She kept me updated and answered any question I had. My post-survey call with my surveyor Tom was great, he was thorough in his explanation of his findings and used jargon free language which helped me to understand a lot more about the property I am buying. The report itself did not disappoint, it is also thorough and detailed, and the pictures are very helpful as they illustrate the findings, especially those that were not visible to me during viewings. Thanks for a great all round service.
