I ordered a strap 3 weeks ago and no sign of life yet...
I reicevd an email saying:
"If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at info--vanguardstraps.com"
However, when I sent a message, I received this messgae: Your message was not delivered to info--vanguardstraps.com because the address could not be found or mail received.
At this point I assume that I have beed scammed...
Really poor customer service from a company selling an expensive product!
I ordered my strap over 1 week ago and my strap has not even been dispatched yet! (Website states dispatched within 48hrs of order).
Customer service is non existent. After days and multiple follow up emails, I finally get a response from Gary stating the strap is out of stock... the website shows the strap is available!
Now I am once again waiting for further information DAYS after the one and only response from Gary.
The shocking level of service is really unfortunate as I am sure the quality of the product is actually good (based on YT reviews) - its just a pity that the business is run so badly.
Hoping the company can redeem themselves, but not holding my breath based on the experience so far.

Didnt fit the watch as advertised. Quite surprised for a brand mainly focused on few models. As their support team ignores my email for 4 days I opened a chargeback.
DO NOT DO NOT BUY Vanguard straps. They charge over $100 for rubber straps and it was impossible to put the straps on my watch because the holes were misaligned. All it did was scratch the crap outta my watch. Emailed them for return several times and no response - it has been over 10 days -
Garbage Strap - how can the holes not line up? Now I gotta try to send this back to the UK but they need to respond first?

Was looking for a good quality rubber strap for my tudor. I found vanguard straps. It had good reviews on YouTube (unsure if it is paid publicity). I didn’t find reviews from trustpilot, I also found out that they ship from Emirates so I was well they’re still cheaper than Horus and Everest so I should give them a shot.
Unfortunately, the order kept getting delayed. I was told that there’s a back order and supply issue and give it a week or so… that didn’t happen, i the was told that the workshop has Covid outbreak and if I give it a day or so it will ship… didn’t happen. I asked then for a refund an got it.
I would never deal with vangurdstraps again… at least I got my money back so they get two stars instead of one.
