Great platform for global tech talent
VanHack is an excellent platform for recruiting technical talent from a global pool. I highly recommend anyone who wants to diversify their talent search to try using this platform. The things I've enjoyed most is that I am getting both quantity and quality and the candidates are very responsive. Ilya and Alan have been very helpful throughout and we've been able to fill multiple positions with relative ease. I've uses Hired.com and technical recruiters and so far I've enjoyed using VanHack the most!

Working with VanHack has been great
Working with VanHack has been great. The interface allows me to review hundreds of candidates who all have videos introducing themselves. The coding test results are easy to understand and the years of technology experience is quick to digest. There are some user experience issues with the interface but the capability far out ways these issues. Hiring international teams is also a great opportunity to support multiculturalism and immigration.
