My cat lost all colors on its fur while falling into the washing machine.

!.9 kg. tub only contains 1.25kg of Vanish. They include the weight of the container. Is this even legal?
The large tub is less than half full. Seems like an awful lot of 'settlement' allowed for. lot of wasted plastic and very misleading.

DO NOT USE oxi action for coloured clothes!!!!

Vanish oxi action crystal white does not work. Tried it on white socks soaking for 2 days and socks still soiled. Don't waste your money.

Oxy action gel which is supposed to work on whites is a very expensive and totally useless product, it does not budge heavy staining. The instructions for use on the bottle are so small they are unreadable and if you magnify them they are too blurred to read! Sent a request to manufacturers which delayed use and was given one size fits all directions for coloureds and was even instructed to test for colourfastness before use when the product claims to whiten whites!

Vanish Oxi liquid burnt a hole in a new linen shirt. Response from Vanish is that all Vanish products should be patch tested first to ensure compatibility. So response to my complaint is that had I performed said patch test it would be ok for a hole to appear. Response to my complaint is its my fault. Users be aware of this requirement and possible outcome.

Fresh black oil stain on a white T-shirt. Most common of all stains. Not even slightly moved with this product.

I contacted Vanish about one of there products as it made bleach like marks on my daughters £40 gym hoody.They telephoned me and asked for details, then told me they would look into it and get back to me in a week. We'll after several ignored emails iv heard nothing. This is a large company and we don't have the money to waste £40.
