I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to review. I will never place an order with them again!!! It's been over 3 weeks and never received my order, and the customer service stinks. Save your money and go to a reputable place

First off they asked for a picture of my cc and id. Coincidentally my cc was charged $899.00 six times. The nails come off in less than 24 hours. You’re better off with Lee press on nails. These nails are garbage and a total ripoff! Thieves

The nails didn't stay on for even a day even though I followed directions exactly. I had ordered four sets and returned 3 sets unopened but they would only refund $20. Horrible product and horrible customer service.

I bought ohara mani & pedi, love their designs, super cute & gorgeous. Mixed bag in terms of quality, the pedi is great, can last me 3-4 weeks but the mani is bad, either last me a day or a few days. I have tried different ways of doing it, curing from 2x to 7x but same results so I contacted the customer service for advice. Was told by the bot that a human will contact me in a few minutes but it has been many hours and I still didn’t hear from anyone. Btw, I contacted them during their opening hours. 👎 for service and I have spent hundreds of dollars on their products.

The Finger Suite nails didn't adhere or stay on for 4 hours let alone a full day (followed all directions).
I paid 15.00 shipping for products almost totaling 28.00 dollars. When returning, I had to pay my own shipping- 12.00 for UPS.
To their credit the refund was swiftly processed, to the tune of 14.80. What a waste.
Buy from them if you want to pay insane shipping for a product you can pick up at any beauty supply.

I ordered a set because my co-worker loves hers. I entered the code to get the free nail lamp. I didn't get the lamp. When I sent an email to vanity table they said since i put the code in first it canceled out the free lamp. I asked them to send me one, they responded that i could send my set of nails back, but it would cost me more to send them back. They could not help me at all. Very rude email. Do not plan to buy from them again.

I ordered 3 sets of ohora nails from them. I can't use them so need to return them. I can't get any assistance from this company to help.

So these gel polish strips are pretty easy to work with, and look really cute. The problem is that the edges never quite seem to adhere the way they’re supposed to despite any tricks I tried. The longest I’ve gotten so far out of a pair is about six days, the shortest is only a few hours before the nails started chipping. Nothing strenuous was being done, they just started chipping within a couple of hours of application.
