I dealt with Lewis at the Wakefield branch and he wasn’t only honest and helpful but he was also intuitive and tuned into my needs from the off. He listened to the brief and acted in the information I supplied and rather than making a stock vehicle fit he searched out the right vehicle for me. The whole process was transparent and zero pressure was applied throughout.

Excellent experience from both Chris and Lewis at the Wakefield site. Really knowledgeable and kept us informed through the process. We’d had a couple of bad experiences with unrelated car dealerships with hard selling our experience at Van Monster could not have been more different with a relaxed, approachable and friendly team. Chris and Lewis are a credit to the company.

Absolute star Lewis Bingham. From the moment we arrived at the showroom Lewis was the perfect salesman. Explained everything in detail about the car I was interested in buying. No pushiness lots of patience. Anything that concerned us was dealt with. Each document we signed was completed after Lewis went through every detail. I would recommend Lewis to all my friends when looking for a car and all the other staff employed. Next time I visit hope he will have achieved a management post in the company which I am sure he deserves, As a retired teacher I will give him 5 merit stars

I thought that cars could be delivered for a test drive, but there is a charge for this I was unaware of. I wanted to drive two of the same car, but with different engines. Chris was extremely useful on the phone, and organised for me to test drive one of the exact models I was after, and a similar car with the other engine type.

When I arrived for the test drives, I had Chris again who was an exemplary salesman, there was no pressure at all and he was extremely personable and good to talk to. Once I had completed the test drives and was humming and ahhing about the cars, he still didn't push me at all but still provided useful input, which I greatly appreciate.

Amazing experience, and I ended up buying the next day.
