The customer service and quality of service was poor
The customer service was poor from staff who appear uninterested in providing any clear information and updates. Unfortunately, the poor service extended to the actual repairs, and my car was returned with more problems than it had when I took it to the garage. I understand that mistakes can happen — what matters is how a company handles them. The staff seem simply not to care and are unapologetic for the inconvenience they caused.
