Horrible service. The work which was requested wasn't done and still pending and no update when will it ever be done.

The service for customer satisfaction is simply ignored.

Brought my car in for a noise coming from the air conditioning systems . Informed I could collect the vehicle . When I aksed if they had found the noise was told no nothing was found and it must be the sound of the engine. Took the service advisor to the car and asked him to listen with the engine off and he confirmed he could then hear the noise and I would need to bring the car in again. Did not feel like anything was done.

The vehicle was in for a B service. In and out in one day. I think would be much better if I were to get a call from the service center instead of me having to call them verifying that the vehicle is readied.

I got what I needed

I've traded my old E Class with a new E Class here with the great service of Mr. Raqeem. That was the best service I've ever had in The Netherlands so far. The car was prepared before I arrive to pick up, everything was arranged before hand. They sent us off with very nice gifts as well! Very well communication and very well customer service!

The people working are nice and very polite. The only thing was that i left the car and was requested to be at 17:00 to pick it up, very, very important that i'm not late. Although i arrived 10 to 17 i waited until 17:45. After waiting, my car was delivered very, very dirty. after this the service status was not changed making me wonder if they didn't forgot anything else... So unfortunately after paying 1600+ on service i will consider if i will ever return here. Nice people, nice place but poor quality.

Bad service, and extremely expensive, I informed of some vibrations, when I drive the veicule. And seams they don’t care, the car came with same noises and vibrations, nothing was done regarding. What they did was change fluids, and charged as gold price, very bad quality service.
