Awesome!
This was my second inspection with Vannier. He was super thorough with his inspection and the report was very detailed. I was provided with a different inspection report from the home seller and there were several other items noted on my inspection that the other inspector missed. He had some great recommendations and I will recommend his services to friends and family.
