We had been looking to replace our company van for some time without success due to long lead times.
Came across Van Ninja and from time of contact to delivery was around 3 weeks.
Couldn't fault the customer service either, they kept us updated all the way through.

A friendly Accommodating Service
Really friendly people. Excellent service and great deals. This is a really clued up service that know how to treat members of the public with respect. I dealt with Kendell Williams from the Milton Keynes branch. He was friendly professional and accommodating right from the start. As a result of his honest open and trustworthy manner I ended up upgrading to a newer lower mileage van than I was originally looking for which I am really happy with and glad I did. I would definitely recommend this company for vans, especially if you are a "normal" member of the public like me looking for a van to convert into a camper and not necessarily a tradesperson. Sometimes trades sales can be a bit harsh, people calling you "mate" and all that, but this company are not like that at all. They are leading from the front in terms of consumer customer service and good value. Keep up the good work, you guys are truly Van Ninjas! Thank you.

Quality Vehicles and Quality Customer Service
A great selection of quality vehicles.
I had a bit of an issue waiting for a V5 doc, this was no fault of Van Ninja, just a delay at DVLA.
Kendell was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed and updated.

Exemplary Service
After searching more leasing companies than I can remember, I spoke to Harriette from Van Ninja. I discussed the size of the vehicles I required and the term. To say Harriette was helpful is an understatement. She supplied me with countless quotes in different vehicles and term lengths, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Van Ninja and recommend you speak Harriette.
