Great company, always very good service

Absolutely blown away. I had been looking at cheap vans on Facebook marketplace thinking I would save and get one and pop a air mattress in the back, then Facebook showed me Vanny campers…I did a bit of trustpoint reading and looked at their website, all seemed good, I particularly liked that they donate to charity so bought 5 tickets for the livia draw, 5 days later, still at work as we were late finishing my phone rang and on the phone Ryan and Harriet told me that I had won Livia. She is now on my drive, lovely van, love the colours, can’t believe my luck. The vanny campers team are all lovely. Thank you Vanny campers

Entered a competition on the Vanny Campers website to win a stand-up paddle board, with about an hour to go until it closed. Was then absolutely delighted to find out I’d won! Received an email from the team the same night and then dispatch confirmation the next morning. Great experience, happy to confirm that these folks are legitimate and that real people do win their competitions! Thanks Vanny Campers 👌

I really liked this company and have entered their competitions for a long time until I accidentally took out a subscription to one of their competitions this month. I searched the FAQs to find out how to cancel my subscription but the instructions aren't correct and there is actually no option available for me to cancel this myself. No problem I thought, I'll email customer service to explain but to my suprise they are refusing to cancel my subscriptions and tell me I have to do it myself even though there is no option for me to do so.
I find it extremely worrying that I am unable to cancel my subscription and customer support will not help me despite me saying there seems to be a technical issue. Apparently they are happy to continue taking money out of my account and there is no way for me to stop the subscription.
I strongly advise anyone thinking of using Vanny Campers to steer clear. This is a really dodgy way to operate and I now need to contact the ombudsman to try and stop them from taking my money and to look into how they are able to set up a subscription service with no way to unsubscribe.

I cannot believe it but I just won the 20k prize! Ryan and the team have made my dreams come true! Big thanks to the guys and I'll still be entering into the van and prize draws going forwards, you never know!!

I have entered the competitions a few times and won £500 worth of website credit on 16/9/25. It’s a brilliant show and the prizes are fantastic. Very soon after the show had aired I got confirmation emails explaining how to use the credit, I am absolutely delighted 😁

I've been entering VannyCampers competitions for 3 years and finally 2 weeks ago my dream came true, I won the amazing prize Lana the Campervan. Ryan and Louise called me in the live draw to give me the great news. Last week I went to Bristol to collect Lana with my wife, Ryan, Louise and the team were amazing and made us really welcome and made collecting Lana a really enjoyable and exciting experience.
I can't thank VannyCampers enough for making my dream come true and the build quality on Lana is absolutely amazing and we can't wait to make lots of family memories in her.

First time trying my luck with Vanny Campers. Never thought in a million years I'd actually win! I'm lucky if I get anything from a tombola so to actually win the £20k prize was incredible. I found out by email, as I'd accidentally registered my mobile number incorrectly so they couldn't phone me during the live draw... But as promised, the cash was in my account the very next morning. Just won £20,000 cash prize in the August draw. Beyond thrilled! Have had a van draw subscription for a while. I had completely forgotten about taking out a subscription a couple of months ago for 5 tickets for the cash prize so when the call came at first I misheard that I’d won £2k which I was happy about, but then was told it was actually £20k.
It’s amazing - had been stressing about money and paying the bills as had to take several months off work unpaid for health reasons. This win will help me get properly back on my feet.
£20k is not a bad return for only £20 quid spent so far on the cash draw tickets.
Half the money was already in my account last night and the rest to follow soon.

Have been following and buying tickets from vanny for a while now , thier vans really are the business , quality , unique and very desirable . There other prizes are not too shabby either ! I was shocked this week to get the call 🙏£20 k coming my way . Had a loverly little chat and laugh with the guys. Australia here we come . Thanks again
