Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience – I Will Make Sure Everyone Hears About It

I’m a well-known cycling blogger with a large online audience, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write such a review. But VanSprint has left me with no choice.

I ordered and paid in full for a Hercules NOS FS 1.2 electric bike more than 14 days ago. Not only have I not received the bike, but I also haven't received any proper communication, no tracking number, no update — just silence.

This is absolutely unacceptable. You claim to be a professional company, but your actions say otherwise.

Let me be very clear:
If I do not receive my order immediately, I will publicly share this experience across all my channels — YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram — where I regularly post to thousands of cycling fans and potential buyers. I will warn everyone to stay away from VanSprint.

People trust my recommendations. If I tell them you are unreliable — they will listen.

You have 48 hours to respond before I start a full-blown public campaign exposing this awful treatment.

To everyone reading this: Think twice before ordering from VanSprint.

Ordered on 04 May, bike not received on 04 July - Cancelled order

Ordered on 04 May; on 03 July no update received on the delivery of the order. Had to cancel the order alltogether.

The Belgian customer support is unexistent, if you need to contact VanSprint no email are replied to and they are also unreacheable by phone. Ended up emailing the Dutch and German department which are far more responsive.

The prices are very competitive but it is very likely that you will wait for weeks (even months!!) for the delivery (even though the item is marked as "Expected shipping date: 2-5 days") with little to none response from the customer service. If you don't mind the wait and the constant chore of reaching out to different customer service departments while paying a bit less, VanSprint is an "ok" option.

But personally it's not worth it, and I reccomend to stay away from this website!

The most horrible webshop experience…

The most horrible webshop experience ever.
Purchased a bike in june that should have been delivered within a week. Three weeks later and a bunch of excuses or new fake delivery deadlines I decided to cancel the order.

The should refund within 14 days but again a bunch of excuses.

Filed a complaint in August through Testaankoop & ECC because the construction of this company is unclear.
One month later (2 months after cancellation) I finally got refunded.
