I am currently experiencing a serious issue with Vantage Markets.
My withdrawal has been blocked for over a month due to a card verification issue. I am required to use a card ending in 1108, which I no longer have access to because the associated bank account has been permanently closed.
Despite:
• multiple contacts with customer support
• clear explanations of my situation
• providing proof of bank account closure
I have received no concrete solution.
Support keeps redirecting me to an “account manager” that I do not have, and without this, they have confirmed they cannot process my request.
As a result, my funds remain blocked, and I am unable to access them.
I have already filed a formal complaint with CIMA.
I hope this situation will be resolved quickly. I remain open to a fair and reasonable solution.

I am extremely disappointed with Vantage. Their service has declined significantly, and my recent experience has been very frustrating.
I made a withdrawal 6 days ago, but I have still not received the funds. Every time I contact customer support, I am told that the issue has been escalated to the technical team, and that I will receive the money within 3 days. However, it has now been 6 days, and I keep getting the same response with no resolution.
I also checked with my bank, and they confirmed that no payment has been initiated from Vantage’s side. This is very concerning.
My husband and I have been using Vantage for several years, and he has even promoted the platform through his YouTube channel. Unfortunately, due to this experience, he has removed those videos. We are now seriously considering sharing our experience publicly to raise awareness about these issues, as the platform no longer feels reliable or customer-friendly.
If anyone new to vantage or thinking to deposit to vantage please send email to sonahashi99gmail I can provide proof/ screenshot for what they are doing for traders. People need really carful to deposit big money you may be you can't withdraw that. Technical team is very poor, they will not help. Lots of trust firms available in market so you check all review carefully then select best one. I am not recommend vantage anymore
I am contacting your team since friday and technical team saying the withdrawal successful and it will be receive with in 3 days now around one week , the how can you reply like this as different story.wrong information providing to customers ,stopping there withdrawal so this not acceptable.
Now when I contact your team nobody join in my chat because most of three people in your team knows this issue " chat room showing one person ahead of you and agent will join in 1 - e minutes" showing this message for half an hour nobody wants to reply for this issue

I am writing this review to warn others about my bad experience with Vantage.
I made a deposit through their platform using the payment method shown in the app. The amount was successfully debited from my account, but it has still not been credited to my trading account. It has been several days now, and there is no proper resolution.
I have already contacted their support team multiple times, but I am only getting delayed or unclear responses. There is no proper timeline given, and my money is stuck.
This situation has caused me a lot of stress and financial inconvenience. I trusted the platform, but this experience has made me question their reliability.
I request Vantage to resolve this issue urgently and credit my amount or refund it as soon as possible. Until then, I would advise others to be very careful while making deposits.

After depositing $500 and making a modest profit of $220 through normal manual trading, my account [10329196] was suddenly restricted due to “suspicious trading activity.”
What is most troubling is:
No clear explanation was provided
No specific trades were identified
No evidence of any violation was shared
All my trades were executed manually using my own funds. There was no arbitrage, no manipulation, and no breach of any trading rules.
Despite contacting support multiple times, I am still waiting for:
Access to withdraw my own deposit
A detailed explanation of the allegations
Holding client funds without transparency is a serious issue and raises concerns about how clients are treated once they become profitable.
I am still hoping this situation will be resolved fairly and professionally. I will update this review depending on how Vantage handles my case.
