I had a very concerning experience with…

I had a very concerning experience with Vantage.

On 20 April, I requested a small withdrawal of $48 from my trading account, which had a balance of around $1062. The withdrawal was rejected, and I was told I had violated certain trading rules. Shortly after, my entire account balance was deducted.

When I contacted support, they referenced clauses in their Client Agreement (related to “prohibited trading activity” and “hedging”), but they did not provide any clear evidence, trade breakdown, or calculation showing how the full amount was deducted.

From my understanding, even if there is a violation, brokers typically remove profits from specific trades — not the entire account balance without detailed explanation.

I have requested:

-A list of the exact trades identified as hedged or in violation

-The timestamps and instruments involved

-A clear calculation showing how the deducted amount was determined

-Clarification on why my entire account balance was deducted instead of only profits from the relevant trades

So far, I have only received generic responses.

This experience has raised serious concerns for me regarding transparency and fund security. I strongly advise others to fully verify the platform and understand the risks before depositing funds.

I hope Vantage will provide a proper explanation and resolve this matter.
