Having just received my 2016 Honda CRV , I wish to show my utmost appreciation to Vanwise especially Aman , who guided and help me through the entire process of purchasing my pristine CRV in a part exchange transaction. The Honda itself is immaculate and the service from Aman was very professional , even with a few little minor hiccups Aman guided me through to complete the deal to a first class standard . And so I would recommend Vanwise to anyone wishing to purchase a van or car knowing they would be dealt with in a very friendly manner A*****

£15,000 van within 4 weeks less than 1000 miles needed full service knackered battery auto stop has never worked have refused to help out in any way , a rip off company and they knew the van was purchased for an animal rescue centre DISCUSTING SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TRADE

Liars & cheats, I bought a van off of these guys for my business in May, it was delivered during lockdown and I was told I only get one set of keys until I confirmed I was happy with the van. It is now 5 months on and I’ve been chasing them for the second key for months, I’ve been told it’s in the post, Covid delays and backlogs etc etc and finally sent me an email to say sorry we don’t have a second key tough luck basically. It’s a year old van which I paid over 18k for, they were quick to take the money but the after service has been so poor. Not returning calls or emails just hoping that I’ll go away. I still haven’t even received a v5 for the vehicle, service book owners manual etc. they are blaming Covid again but I recently bought another van from a dealer and received the logbook in 3 weeks! I would avoid these guys they are absolutely terrible to deal with. They give car/van dealers a bad name, think they can just lie to you and fob you off constantly until you get fed up. I’m not letting this one go I’m afraid, sort this mess out or I’ll be looking at court action.

Recently used Vanwise to purchase a VW Transporter to replace my 18 year old VW. They had a good choice of vans, were knowledgeable on the product and professional throughout. Both Taj and John helped me make a choice and when I pointed out a few things with the vehicle they were able to put these right before I collected the van. All in all a good reliable service and I have recommended them to several friends. Just hoping the spare key might turn up which I understand wasn’t delivered with the van when it came into Vanwise- let’s hope!

I bought a Mercedes Vito from them on 22nd July. It was advertised as having parking sensors. When I drove it away and got it home I realised the sensors were not working. After much to and fro a lovely lady, Zara sorted it out for me.

The reason I am giving it a 4 and not a 5 is that when they have their cars checked over by the AA, they should make sure that the AA does a proper job. Our van was obviously missing a vital component, and to add to that the tyre has a massive screw in it, which is obvious if you know Mercedes Vito because the warning message about tyres persists on the onboard screen.

But anyway, I am still happy with the Van. thanks, guys

The communication and the level of respect from both these companies were phenomenal. We were kept informed of the purchase every step of the way, great prices too! Highly highly recommended!
