I have been subscribed to this…

I have been subscribed to this subscription box for years, and it has never failed to disappoint. Always a good mix of flavours, some unusual, some more traditional, always very good though. I get all my liquid from here, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Keep up the good work.

Rude owner who has no idea about customer service. .

Terrible company, I have signed up as a gold member and they have taken the payment from my account but I have not recieved a single email to confirm my account or payment. There is no customer support number so the only way to try get in contact is by logging a ticket on their website which I have already logged 4 and not had a single response. The site promises dispatches within 24 hours its now im now on day 3 and my order is still in the processing faze on the website. I do not feel like I'm being treated like a gold customer at all. I have now been contacted multiple times by whom I can only assume is the owner of the company as an employee would be fired for the way I have been spoken to. Never once recieved an appology in fact I was just told I was being unreasonable for logging 4 tickets and going online and posting reviews even after I explained the reviews were the only thing that actually finally prompted a response from them. Didn't matter how many times I told this guy that I was logging repeat tickets as no one was contacting me he simply would not bother seeing my side of the issue instead I have now been refunded and was told to keep the product free of charge as he told me he doesn't want a customer like myself and would rather cancel my subscription as he has thousands of customers already. I wish I could post the conversation on here as the shocking way I have been spoken to as a customer is something I have never experienced. I have raise my 1 star to 2 stars as at least I will be getting a refund for this shocking service! If you have read all of this and still feel like sending your hard earned money their way please use my 10 pound discount on a mystery box code I won on my fist spin as I won't be using it myself.
