These guys are crooks! They sent me a defective battery and would not send me a replacement. Their customer service is a joke. Don't shop here.

Great experience. One (of two) product was delivered but it said “order delivered”, so I panicked and contacted customer service. Customer service was quick, polite, and prompt. They explained my products were coming from two different areas, so they were separate packages. The products I purchased work as advertised, I especially love the Yocan Uni Pro Box, it’ll keep it burning down to the last drop until it’s nothing, unlike the pens. Delivery was a little slow but that’s USPS, and the price I paid was good.

I bought spinner battery they are fake, not real

I ordered two identical Vape batteries with threaded chargers, one black and one Silver. I received the black one with the threaded charger but the silver came without the charger.
That was my first delivery and when I questioned why I didn’t get all my other Vape pens which ( I’ll mention below) I questioned the charger for the silver battery. I was emailed right away the next day telling me the white one didn’t come with the charger? I didn’t order a white one. The only thing different was one was black and one was silver and you can add them to your cart without backing off all the way so I know I didn’t make a mistake. As you can see in the photos they have the same exact title and they look identical the only thing is the part number for picking the product is different and I’m assuming that’s because of The color. I ran some warehouses so I know these things.
I’m told not to worry about my other batteries they just were shipped separately. I was waiting on two pink batteries and two iridescent batteries and all four were the same type of battery just two different colors.
I get one pink and one iridescent battery in the mail and not understanding why I only have one of each when I ordered two of each?
At this point this is sloppy business and it’s giving me a headache. They don’t even know what the hell I ordered if they’re telling me colors I never even ordered.
Apparently there’s nowhere on here to put the proof so you’ll have to go with my words.

I never got the vape pen i ordered and i have emailed them 3 times to get told not to worry they would find out what happened and get back to me and they have not.Do not buy from them.They are frauds

Avoid these guys. They practice shady sales tactics. They offer "CCELL type" 510 cartridges that are not only NOT CCELLs, they arent even ceramic. They are a wick-type coil and disintegrate at even low temperatures with high viscosity oil. I have dissected a number of failed units to confirm my suspicions.

The way these carts are failing is a health issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DOPES.

I am a happy customer. I received my package within 4 days, although 1 item was missing from my order. I contacted Vape4Ever and the missing item was promptly shipped to me. Great prices, fast shipping, outstanding customer support and friendly communication.

If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother. They have their stuff shipped out from China. Ordered on July 13. Estimated delivery is sometime in August. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have scrolled on and bought some place else. Live & learn.

Never got half my order .
I emailed the company and they claim it was shipped out ,but the tracking shows only a label was printed .almost 20 days later still don't have my package !!
I won't order from these crooks again next time I'll order straight from China like they do !

Totally dishonest company that steals from customers. First order got cancelled with no warning. Second order charged but not filled. Stay away. Still trying to determine how to get restitution.

Great experience with this company and their customer service. Had a little glitch with my order and they quickly went above and beyond to make it right. Fast shipping, quality products and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Reliable, authentic, and a lot cheaper than other sites. My mod got here a few days earlier than expected too.
