Missing item from my order
Missing item from my order. Had to pay an additional £5 to simply get what I'd already paid for once as they decided to send a small partial refund without discussion that wouldn't even cover the cost of replacement product let alone the additional delivery charge!

Shoddy service from vape and go as well as their delivery partners
The same problem as every time, it’s always delayed on delivery, my order was placed 7 days ago and I still haven’t had my delivery, was on hold for 30 minutes with Royal Mail for the call to dropped, last time I phoned to complain the person who eventually answered really didn’t seem to care less
