I have received stock but all the vapes have leaked out, not usable. I have tried to make contact about 10 emails so far and had no reply. 3 orders in total
I have ordered vapes from Vape Bar about 5 or 6 times now but the last 3 order #7863862 Jan £51.95 ; #7864146 Feb £37.98; # 7864477 March £37.98 have ALL been defected. I have had to throw away more than half of Jan and Feb orders and this last order that I received on Thursday, they are all hissing and leaking and not usable at all. This is simply not acceptable. I would like a full refund on my order and want to return this order asap. HAD NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPLIER !!! GRRR

Awful communication. Received the wrong flavour and when I contacted them via their chat (waited half an hour for a response), I was told "yes, I can see we sent you the wrong flavour, the one that you ordered was out of stock". That's fantastic. So I order something, they don't have it and without contacting me, send me whatever they like hoping I keep it. Now I have waited over 24 hours for a returns label that I was expecting (I still haven't received this) so that I can repackage send the wrong item back to them and then wait days for my refund. Not counting on getting the refund without a battle either. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. AVOID!
Oh, on reading a reply they sent to another customer (in May 2022) about not being their fault as they had to remove the Elux 3500 puff range to comply with regulations, that's a load of rubbish as this is what I ordered in August 2023. So, they are aware they are selling non compliant vapes, but they continue to do so. Should tell you everything you need to know about the company.

Been waiting for 3 weeks now ev time I emailed it would say the email address doesn't exist then wen I dis manage to speak to someone they were very rude their spelling was all over the place they told me I'd been refunded then asked me if I want my items then I've been ignored.

It's been 5 days now and noone has contacted me! I've tried numerous times, social media, whats app, there website, email and calls
They are really hard to get hold of! Royal Mail advised me to get hold of the seller and again still nothing!
Really disappointing! As it's a 24hour opening yet noone seems to exist. All I wanted was them to fix the problem and send out another order....
Iv now asked for a refund but doubt I'll get it back technically taking My Money.
my last order was a big one yet two vapes were burnt out it didn't bother me as I kept coming back but now they have lost a loyal customer as I'm going elsewhere!
Have ordered twice now and the delivery times are insanely fast! Everything came neatly packaged and all vapes were genuine. Cannot fault VapeBar at all so far! Will never order from someone else again! 10/10

This is my 3rd time ordering from vapebarUK I like that they have the best new flavours in everytime online and they're in stock unlike other vape websites. Delivery is always quick and simple = happy customer.
I made a complaint as the elux bar I had ordered did not work and had exploded by the time I received the parcel I still have had no reply off any member off staff and was disappointed in service given.

Since then, I've had an email from this company offering me a free goodie box. I was really happy to be chosen for this and was looking forward to trying the flavours they mentioned.
I waited a while for an order update or even a response to my email including my adress and saying that I'd love to receive the goodie box but I hadn't heard from them. I've since then sent emails asking what was going on and I've had no reply.
Today I've had an email informing me that they'll no longer be stocking certain vapes, so I responded to that email thanking them for letting me know, but also addressing the issue with the promise of free items... Still no response!
This was my go to company for vapes and I'm quite disappointed that this has happened! Why send the email with the offer in the first place if there was no intention of providing the products?

They had a backlog of orders over the holiday, i sent an email since i didn’t get a tracking email. They swiftly got back to me and explained the whole situation. Amazing customer service. Only wish i knew which flavours were the best before i ordered ☺️
