Have not received my order, they haven’t replied to email that I sent them

I'm still waiting for an order from November 19th, sent numerous emails, no response, asked for refund still no response, quick at taking money, 1st time I ordered they were great, now I've realized they are the biggest robbing cowboys going,

Ordered my vapes for the month, 129 pounds in total, with a three day post office tracking. Got to day four, no confirmation on delivery time tried phoning, no answer tried email, no reply. Feels like a complete scam! DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

Won’t issue me a refund and ignoring all contact. AVOID!!!

I have placed an order which is £35.97 and I haven’t received my product then I have requested to refund my money but they only cancelled the order but not refunded my money yet. I have all the correspondence email with them which they didn’t reply and scammed me.

Still haven't received my items. Even though I'd email before dispatch to say I not longer wanted the order because it had taken so long to be dispatched in the first place. Place my order on the 8th of march and still no sign of it. First and last time I will order from you.

Would be zero if that was an option.

Sells juice online even when not in stock, reached out after not receiving any tracking info and replied immediately to see of we wanted to change to their own brand which was 'better' than what we wanted to order.

We declined as the same happened last month and their own brand stuff is awful, insted asking for a refund. Have been ghosted since. Stopped replying to emails. Won't answer the phone. Won't reply to texts even though they have been read.

Pretty poor practice to advertise out of stock items then try to push your own sub par brand on to people.

Joke of a company. Pretty much a scam. Steer clear!

Good easy transaction from vapeboyz.My order arrived swiftly but was slightly wrong in that I ordered 4 x cartons of 3-8ohm xlimEZ vape pods but recieved 2 x cartons of 8ohm and 2 x cartons of 6ohm.However I’ll give the 6ohm ones a try so won’t be sending them back.
Otherwise i would have given 5 stars.

Poor - Dont order online. They sent the wrong product. Ignored all my messages. I have now lost money with a product I cant use.
Don't put your trust in this retailer.
