Considering i ordered last Wednesday and paid extra for first class i have still not recieved my order after one week,not very good to be honest,wont be coming back

One of the largest/best selection of e-liquids I've seen.
Reasonably priced (and fast) shipping to the Netherlands.
For anyone wondering, with the new regulations in our country, you can still order bottles larger than 10mls from abroad on webshops just like this one.
If I had to mention one thing, (and this goes for 99% of all webshops) it would be the lack of information on e-liquids that contain WS-23 (koolada).

Good range of products. Reasonably priced although not the cheapest. Order came as described (took longer than should’ve but that was the Royal Mail’s fault). Would recommend.

Good choice of liquid and a very good loyalty scheme, however there dispatch and delivery times are what’s stopping this being a 5 star review. I have use this company loads and spent a fair penny but there dispatch times and delivery are shocking. I’ve waiting 4 days before. It’s seems that they don’t update the website enough as there items stating In stock but are actually awaiting delivery to them. They have forgot to post my items before.

Great customer service answered all my questions always very helpful. Deliveries arrived on time.

Ordered Friday before 4pm. Didn't receive order till following Tuesday. Only 50% of order received, missing two shortfalls, coils, and nic. Still not received two weeks later. No messages from VCUK to say what's going on. All items showing as in-stock at time of order.

Will have to spend time chasing this now, and I work away which makes it difficult.

Similar issue last time I ordered.

Used to be a great store but past few orders have been shocking!

Brilliant company do great deals on juice. Had a problem with my last order not arriving. Contacted Rob and was sorted in no time. Shows what a good company is, if theres a problem they fix it straight away. Will always order juice from these guys.

Sent me 50ml bottle instead of the 100ml bottle i purchased and now will not responde to any of my messages

Had to ring up about my order the guy I spoke to was helpful and rang me back as soon as he’d spoke to Royal Mail, sent my order out again, It came a few days later, will defiantly use again

Well I ordered my products on Friday 19/06/19 and got an email saying sorry we couldn’t post your items. Then I rang up and emailed vape cloud numerous times and only got a hold of someone on Tuesday afternoon to be told they didn’t have one off my items in stock in the colour I wanted I agreed to get a different colour and it was apparently dispatched that afternoon. Now its Friday the 28th I’ve still not got my items and once again no one answering phones. If I hadn’t of rang up on Tuesday I’ve never have known they didn’t have something in stock. Customer service really needs updating and training provided to staff about stock control use to be a reliable company but have went down hill gradually and this is the second time this has happened to me

Had a little bit of problems with my delivery got it sorted and they gave me a 50ml bottle of e liquid for free and upgraded my delivery to next day delivery
