People Should Know This About Vaped4U

Here Is What I've Took Of This Not Receiving Items That Are Reduced Prices. Not Entirely Evri Fault I Will Explain A Few Vapes I Bought Where RRP 15.00 Reduced Down To £4 Now I Bought 10 Of Them So I Paid £40 Where They Should Have Been £150 Now When Item Goes Missing And They Claim Back From Evri They State That The Price Of The Order Was In Fact £150 Shaddy As Can Be I Know Ive Had Evri Look Into This Ive Ordered Like 5 Times And Only Got 3 Orders And 2 Went Missing So Advise For Anyone Using Take A Screen Shot Of The Email They Sent You And If It Doesnt Get Recieved Email Evri With The Order Number And The Date It Was Ordered

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, would seriously recommend shopping elsewhere!
Asked to cancel an order, the order was still sent out and then refused but Evri tracking still marked it as delivered, I was basically accused of lying untill I provided cctv, still took them over a week to issue a refund with no apology. Disgusted!!!

Poor service, poor value, poor company

Got to be the worst vape retailer I have dealt with.
They offer deals, you place orders, the ďiscounted items are then not available even though they were when you ordered, You end up with less itemss but still pay the full postage cost with no alternative item offered, making the deal expensive and they also blame evri for thier late packing and then simply don't respond to your complaint. Don't use them . Not the first time for me but the last. It's simply bad service.from a bad company

Fab products at great prices

Fab products at great prices. Have ordered numerous times now and very happy. Evri can sometimes be a bit slow but all mail has been like that recently. Will be using vaped4u in future again for sure

Day 5 of disputing my missing items…

Today is day 5 of disputing my 12 missing vapes from my £172 order. I contacted VAPED4U only to be called a fraud (you can see their response on my last review) and now they are ignoring my emails and have blocked me on Instagram. Call the number on their website and it says no one is available to take your call 24 hours of the day. Called Evri/My Hermes today for their side of the story as they were supposed to be the delivery company and I cannot get passed the robot answering the call without a tracking number which Vaped4U hasn’t provided me with. Currently in the process of seeking legal advice and to prevent that, I suggest no one else uses them. I go for the cheapest vapes which are usually very small companies but the problem you face is horrendous customer service, accusations and pure bull💩 when they do decide to respond. In their reply to my last review they said I have been sent CCTV footage from their warehouse of them packing it yet they haven’t responded to my 5 emails sent since Saturday and they have never provided me with any CCTV. Looks like a trip to their shop to dispute it in person where they cannot ignore me, is the next step while the legal action is pending. SCAM SCAM SCAM, pure shame as I like to support small companies and with the hundreds of pounds I have spent at their online shop in the last few months, I thought would be a nice gesture for them to actually help with my situation, clearly not folks. AVOID

Worst customer service ever

Missed an item off my order, refusing to actually deal with it and won't answer my questions. Additionally the products are different to the description on the website but they will not pay for the return postage (as they should when providing an incorrect item). Basically, I'm repeatedly being refused any help or an answer and am being accused of being a liar which I don't appreciate. Recommend not using, will be initiating a chargeback with my card provider.

DON'T USE VAPED4U

My strongest possible advice to anyone who is contemplating using vaped 4u is Don't, no matter how cheap they appear they are not, they don't deliver so you will get nothing, they try and blame the courier even though it was clearly their choice to use evri (hermes) that's right people you read that right, some brain box in vaped 4u decided to use evri😂 you would assume that any business owner or aspiring successful business owner would indeed be up to date with current affairs, it has been well known all over the UK and Europe that hermes are a complete and utter waste of time, I am now going to be forced into taking legal action against vaped 4u as in fairness that would take less time than it would to receive a package from them, I must have spent 8 hours this week chasing my package and I will chase no more, I will simply lodge a small claim against them in Belfast and add every single hour of my time into the claim, vaped 4u don't seem to grasp the rights of consumers in the UK and for this reason and their shoddy way in which they tell me they are unwilling to do anything about this situation, I am left with absolutely no choice but to pursue it in another way, I will never allow any retailer to just take my money and then refuse to speak to me and do their actual jobs as its clear in law. Unfortunately for vaped 4u they will fail spectacularly when using evri and as soon as I was told on Monday they used evri I did instruct them to refund me immediately, they responded via email to say and I quote, you might be lucky enough to get your package by Friday 😂. I know I might be lucky enough, every 24 hours since Monday I get told my package is delayed but I don't need to do anything because it will be leaving next working day, I await my message today to tell me its still not going anywhere, ALL CUSTOMERS OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF VAPED4U NEED TO NOT GIVE THEM 1 PENNY AS YOU WILL OBVIOUSLY NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS.

In fairness and after a very long 5 days of arguing that in reality should never have got to this point, vaped 4u have refunded me, I will again point out that if vaped 4u continue to use evri then it will cause more hassle than its worth, I'm glad that they have eventually seen sense and refunded me. There is absolutely no point in having great online prices if you don't actually get the products, surely vaped 4u will either take note of this or warn customers that they do indeed use evri, I think if you actually tell customers that you are using them you will then notice a huge decline in online customers, again thank you for the refund.

Your order was placed on Saturday, it was then dispatched on the Monday, please note our packing team do not dispatch orders on the weekends.

Unfortunately, our only option to get this order to you was to use Evri. Please note, there is also additional shipping time for all couriers when shipping from Mainland UK to Belfast. This is totally out of our control.

Our support team have responded to all of your emails, when you requested for the order to be cancelled, it was not possible as the order had already been packed and shipped. It is impossible for you to have spent 8 hours dealing with this, also please note, you complained at the shipping time on Monday, not even 1 business day after the order was placed. There is not one courier in the nation that could have delivered an order placed Saturday afternoon, on Monday.

We do understand consumer rights, and we also pride ourselves on our customer service. Our team have answered all of your questions and queries, and all information sent to you, comes directly from our courier. There are no lies.

We are in contact with the courier today to cancel your order and arrange for it to be sent back to us. At which point a refund will be issued.

It is extremely unfair for you to leave the below review, when you haven't given us any chance to resolve the issue (which there doesn't appear to be, as your only reason for demanding a refund and order to be cancelled was simply due to our courier choice).

You attitude and responses to our team have been extremely hostile and rude, which is unfair to our staff. And your review is totally false.

Use at your Peril

Use at your Peril! Purchased vape items showing in stock for next day delivery and nearly a week later a box arrived with only 3% of what I ordered with a follow on email stating the other items aren't in stock and due a refund a week later!

Not to be trusted

Complained and told that the packers had forgotten to include nic shots. Given £5.00 refund but cost of buying nic shots would have been £18 + postage. A rip off so bought nic shots elsewhere.
Wonder how many times things are " forgotten" to encourage far more expensive purchases.
Won't be spending any more money with these very dubious suppliers.

Don't trust them!

Attempted to deal with issue amicably but will now just leave to my card provider to issue a chargeback.

Will not trust this bunch again. If selling out of date liquids it should be declared so buyer is fully aware, failure to declare is dishonest and grubby.

Ordered the Edge mystery eliquid…

Ordered the Edge mystery eliquid box....great price and quick delivery however......more than half the liquids 19 out of 30) are menthol or tobacco flavour so will be going straight in the bin.
Unless you like menthol, don't waste your money.......#disappointed

Good quality vape juice 4 you

I have ordered from vaped4u 3 times now and they are fast at getting order out and have good selection of e -liquids and good price, and also they have a points system where as when you buy so mush you will get money off but this is the only quible i have is the points sytem it take alot of money to get up to 1000 points before you get anything free or money off but apart for that thank you vaped4u keep up good work 😁👍
