To be sold faulty equipment (an £80 unit btw) and then be treated like a criminal when trying to get it replaced is beneath any level of customer service I've ever encountered. Polite when selling you things, rude and arrogant when not. Went there because of a recommendation. Unfortunately I'd never go back. It was a truly awful experience.
