As a member of the "Vape Nation™" I am really offended with the quality of the Vape stuff. I ordered a bottle of Churro flavoured vape, IT WASNT EVEN GREEEN DUDE! In conclusion it's okay shop. but let down by the Bradberries that run it.

Bought from vape escape for a couple of years, pretty happy overall.
Great assortment of products, including from genuine makes, unlike a lot of snides you find from a few suppliers. Couldn't get on with they're own range of eliquids, but they supplied a decent range from outside companies. Shipping's cheap (free over £40 spend), and usually arrives within a couple days of ordering.
Only reason for marking down is I've had a couple of dodgy items that broke just outside warranty. I also bulk bought 20 x 30ml bottles on a clearance offer. 7 of these turned out to be wrong-uns, and upon complaining, it was made pretty clear that they weren't going to offer a refund. They actually requested that I contact they're outside supplier, which I found a bit weird.

Had purchased three Evod Mega kits,£120 all failed within three weeks. Only offered £20 credit note. Also quite rude and arrogant.

Used this site for a couple of years now and have never had any problems.
Good service and range.

Bought a variety of vapeing items from York street Retail, Heywood. generally satisfied. Had 2 ego/riva usb chargers, both ceased to function after a few months. York st told me the warranty was for one month only and tough luck! I did not think that was even legal under consumer protection laws

This company holds vaporiser spares which are hard to come by elsewhere in the UK. Their e-liquid range is very large but despite several purchases, I've yet to find the right flavour for me. That said, the delivery was very prompt and the customer is provided quick-time updates as to the status of their order: a good job all round.

It's difficult to find a good place that does decent vaping liquids, and more difficult to find somewhere that people like. I checked out a lot of forums on Ecigs and Eliquids, this name came up quite a bit. So I thought I would give them a go. Decent prices for 30ml bottles. Website wasn't the best in terms of orginisation and explanation, had to spend a bit of time trying to find what I'm looking for. It's all good letting me know about "Innokin" or other mods, or "Grizwald's juices". But I don't know what these are. So some research required before purchasing. I like to know what juice to go for, selection is excellent. But I don't know the differences.

I have been ordering products from Vapeescape for over a year - and have found them to be: timely, reliable and offer good loyalty benefits (free testers, loyalty points to offer cost savings).

However today, when I used the site, my old address was selected by default.

Of course, it was my mistake, I should have checked more carefully - but unfortunately I did not realise that my old delivery address was selected until I'd pressed 'confirm'.

I emailed the company within 20 minutes of realising the error, and they point-blank refused to amend the order details, despite the order still showing as 'in progress' and not yet marked as 'picked' or 'dispatched'.

This was compounded by the surly and passive aggressive response from the customer service team.

It's a real shame, but this experience has left me unwilling to purchase from them again. As above, yes it was my mistake, but it's just silly that an e-commerce site has no recourse to amend and order very shortly after submission.

Excellent website, great prices. Had a little bit of a problem with two items from my order but this was sorted out promptly by Ellen for which i'm really grateful for. Fab customer service provided, highly recommended website! Love your RY4 :-)

Answered all of my many questions and provided good genuine products and a good price. Very fast and efficient customer service and shipping with a wide range of products. Very nicely designed website too - probably the best i've come across in the ecig retail business.

I haven't had any problems so can't vouch for their after sales service. Would use again without hesitation. I do wish the free shipping threshold was lower than £40 though
