Ordered 2 products from Vape Firm recently, I haven't used this company before. I got a phone call the day after and the gentlemen said that they didn't have thr flavours I picked as the website had issues. Instead of cancelling or refunding. He offered to replace the products with different flavours, and apologised for the inconvenience caused. I am happy with the service I received from the company
