Different flavour received

I ordered 4 strawberry raspberry cherry enjoy vapes, however, I received what looks like peach flavour with strawberry raspberry cherry printed on there. The flavour is completely different! Spent a fair bit of money and assuming I can’t get them replaced?!

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I received a faulty vape and they are being most unhelpful. They won’t except the video evidence I have to print labels and send it back when I have no access to a printer. They have said if the liquid level is low I won’t be refunded. My vape is hissing and leaking liquid! So I’ve just checked the reviews and Judging by all these bad review on faulty vapes and then not being refunded. I’ve never had this experience with any other vape company they’re generally really helpful as faults do happen but go else where as they just take your money without a care in the world

Avoid this company, you will see great reviews on product’s delivery time etc these are all true, I have been a returning customer for some time now, I got a faulty vape disposable one and they will not offer any refund or compensation to this, now look at all the bad reviews they all say the same about bad customer service , not refunding, we all know form time to time you will get a dodgy one for time to time just because it’s disposable they will not refund, avoid hassle go to another company, these lot are crap for customer service

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’ve reviewed your order (No. 78005, placed on 07/03/2025 and delivered on 08/03/2025). The issue was first reported on 21/03/2025 — 13 days after delivery.

As clearly stated in our returns and refund policy, any faulty disposable vapes must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. and needs also to be returned back. This policy is in place to ensure products can be properly assessed and handled in line with manufacturer guidelines.

We always aim to provide a fair and professional service and are happy to help with any issue reported within the stated timeframe.

DO NOT ORDER FROM VAPE FOREST. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vapeforest’s customer service, which has left me with zero trust in this company. After receiving faulty products, I followed up by providing clear photographic evidence, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with condescension, rudeness and a dismissive attitude.

Their email response essentially implied that my concern wasn’t valid and when I politely expressed frustration at their tone, they replied with an even colder, two-line response that completely ignored the feedback I had given. No attempt to engage, apologize, or address the issue.

This experience showed me that Vapeforest not only distrusts their customers but also doesn’t care about improving their service or handling concerns respectfully. I won’t be returning as a customer, and I can’t recommend a company that treats paying customers this way.

If you value respectful communication and good customer care, I’d strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

We truly value your feedback as a loyal customer, and I sincerely apologise for any frustration or disappointment you’ve experienced throughout this process. It’s clear this has not met the standard of service we aim to provide, and for that, I’m sorry.

We absolutely take your concerns seriously, and I’d like to clarify why we’ve requested the return of the faulty Cherry Cola vapes despite the photographic evidence you kindly provided. Our policy requires returned items so we can assess them and, in turn, address any issues with our suppliers to prevent this from happening again. That said, I understand how this extra step might feel inconvenient, especially given the clear evidence you’ve shared and your regular support of Vapeforest with your monthly orders. Your time and trust matter to us, and we don’t intend to question your honesty in any way.

To resolve this efficiently and fairly:
• We’ve already provided a prepaid return label free of charge, despite this being an exception to our standard policy, as a gesture of appreciation for your loyalty.
• Once we receive the 3 faulty Cherry Cola vapes at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

I purchased multiple platinum bars from vape forest, when I reached end of vapes 2 was faulty. I emailed and explained, I was informed that buying multiple there is no guarantee at all, obviously not happy with that, I will not be using this company anymore, please be aware that you could be out of pocket using vape forest

Your order #70774 was placed for 10 x Platinum Bar on 10/11/2024, and we received your faulty report on 10/01/2025, which was 2 months after placing the order.
Bellow was our response to you in Email:

I am afraid we cannot proceed further for below two reasons that has been stated in the Vapefores's policy and all buyers agree before they place orders.

1- Vapeforest does not provide refunds or exchanges for orders sold as Box/Pack of 10 disposable products, under any circumstances , all sales are final even if you believe any items are defective.


2- Disposable products are generally not refundable. Vapeforest provides a “Dead-On-Arrival” guarantee for faulty disposable products sold individually. This means that Vapeforest will only accept returns for provably faulty disposable items within a 24-hour period from when you receive your order.

The selection at Vape Forest is just…

The selection at Vape Forest is just incredible. It's a bit overwhelming at first because there's so much to choose from, but their customer support team was really helpful. They guided me to the perfect vape kit for transitioning from smoking. I've been smoke-free for 3 weeks now, and the apple cinnamon e-liquid is my absolute favorite.
