Never recieved order. Never received reply from email.

Order was sent out on time. I wasn’t home asked neighbour to take my parcel. Dpd didn’t even knock on their door knocked on mine. Then delivered to somewhere miles away for me to pick. I can’t get there! So emailed vapeglobe a week ago. No reply no refund no sod all. Awful customer service. Gone downhill.

Been ordering from them for a long time, and now they just don't send anything out. I've waited over a week for orders that are due with 1-2 days expected shipping. Emailed numerous times 0 communication.

Unfortunately, I ordered the Tappo kit and some replacement pods. I charged it when it arrived and the battery would be dead within 3 hours. I emailed vapeglobe with my concerns and they didn't even bother responding, so I took the red flag and found a better, more reputable supplier who actually responds to customer concerns. Shame really for them because I easily spend £30 plus per month on vape liquid.

Really good product

I am still yet to receive my order placed last Monday, advised it was dispatched, never received by royal mail, no response to emails, no update, money taken, product not received. Please can you issue me with a refund or respond to the email that i sent advising me on delivery status.

As everyone says, they don't deliver on time nor do they communicate. I ordered on a Thursday for next day delivery. On Saturday, when it has still not been delivered I sent them an email asking what's going on. No response. I sent follow up emails on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday na heard nothing. Until Tuesday evening I received an automated email that it had been dispatched and it was delivered on Wednesday. So, at the end of the day, they will deliver what you order but when they do that is anybody's guess.

Have been sent the wrong items, communication seems a little slow as no physical person to talk too, hopefully this issue will be resolved quickly as use this company a lot for my vape pods and never had an issue before

Sent incorrect flavours and incorrect total quantity, short changing me by about £50. Will not respond to emails.

Took 9 days to deliver my order and they are terrible at replying to emails, I’ve ordered twice and had issues both times and won’t order from them again

First order I done was great and received really quickly done another order on the 18th and not received it at all have emailed twice and awaiting a response I will give them till the end of the week before I cancel the order and find some where else. Happy to re review if receive order for more stars.

Ordered items and had to wait sometime for a delivery. Out of the blue got notification from royal mail of a vape globe delivery. Really expected nothing but received.
If only they had've sent email of a problem then no worries so only 3⭐.
