Ordered over $100 worth of vapes

Ordered over $100 worth of vapes. It showed they were delivered but weren't. Your supposed to have to sign for them.. I did not. Contacted the shipping company and they said to contact the merchant. I have contacted vapemania several times and no response. Terrible company!

You place orders:

You place orders, and they never communicate with the customer. They never answer emails. Orders take from three weeks to a month to process. In my opinion, this is a company with terrible and horrible service.
I foolishly placed a new order with them on September 18th, and I'm still going the same way. I'll never place a new order again.

I received 2 broken Kado Vapes

I received 2 broken Kado Vapes, both of them did not hit. I tried to charge them even though they shouldn't need to be charged and the blue light lit up. After waiting for charge it still did not Hit. I've been trying to get in contact with them for 3 days and I've sent emails and a request form to be contacted and I've had received no response. Will be filing complaints if I don't hear anything after 1 week. Order #29477 I have pictures and can submit video proof. If anyone else has had experiences like this with this company, I will gladly point you in the right direction where to file a formal complaint.

Never received order

Placed an order and tracking showed the delivery being made to Los Angeles California. I am in Virginia. Emailed and texted this company and was advised there was an error with a bunch of their shipments being sent to California. They explained they would re-ship the order. When I went to check on the reshipment their website Is no longer functional. The only good thing about this is that they used Route for their shipping. I was able to get a refund immediately.
