Ordered on november 26th and it arrived today on December 2nd in The Netherlands. all three correct flavours arrived.

Scammers! They don't respond to emails, there's no communication. They sold a damaged device and won't respond to any emails! I advise against buying from these thieves!

Guys please don’t order something on their website. It’s a SCAM, I’ve ordered something and it never arrived. Months passed by and still got nothing

I placed an order 10 days ago. Just a few minutes later I also sent an email to change the delivery address because the personal details were filled in automatically while my address was no longer up to date. I never received a response to that email, nor to any other other email. And apart from their supposed email address, there is no other way to contact them? In the meantime, still nothing has been delivered anywhere. We have been patient but it is taking far too long now! We have already paid (by credit card) and we want our money back!!!

SCAM! No product ever arrived, and their so-called “support” has ignored all attempts to contact them.

I ordered 3 e-cigarettes, I only received 2, smaller and with the wrong flavours. The assistance immediately told me that I could return it, but at my expense, despite their mistake. In the end I agreed to keep the two wrong ones and asked them to send me at least the third correct one, already paid for. They didn't send it to me and they haven't even responded to my emails for about 4 weeks. I paid for goods that I didn't receive and they no longer respond to me, it's not serious behavior. all documented by email correspondence from which the order can be seen and the first emails received, I would be willing to change feedback if they solved the problem.
