I made an order in August and Still have received nothing .. There customer service is Terrable .. they said they posted it on 10th September.. Nothing Arrived ..it is now 13rh October .. they then said they would send it by DHL .. Nothing received.. Do not buy from this company

Placed an order 2 months ago. I've not received anything and they don't respond to E-mail. Avoid this site at all costs.
This store with Norwegian flag and all sends everything from abroad.
My package never came and when I asked if hey could help me find it they said they would send a new one.
Never got that and they did not reply to emails afterwards. YOU HAVE TO BE PRETTY THOUGH OWNING A STORE CALLED VAPE NORWAY, FLAGGING OUR FLAG AND THEN GET SOMEONE TO SHIP FROM ABROAD.
Ordered a Smok G-priv 4 with coils and batteries.
Order trough the website was easy and speak with customer service was pleasent.
Points of improvement.
-More clarity on the status of the order.
-Filter trough the reviews and delete obvious fake reviews.
Otherwise very satisfied with my purchase and will buy from them again.
Vapenorge does noty have anything in store, they order everything from abroad. So delivery times are 2-6 months.
This wedshop shoud be shut down.

If u want your order in a reasonable time
At first I tought it was a scam because my package didn't arrive and there was no response from the seller but then 20 days after I bought my JUUL the delivery came in. Product is fine but delivery takes very long time so be aware of that.
I ordered a Vape kit from them and waited for several weeks. First they blamed on the christmas rush. That was understandable. But then their communication was very unpredictable, slow and ineffective. Only through e-Mail, they never picked up their phone that is listed as contact number. Eventually they found out that the package had been sent back because of some unknown reasons. So eventually after a lot of push and emails (and a Paypal dispute that seemed to set their communication on high alert) I got my money back. And they don’t even have their products in a local storage. One product I got sent from Eastern Europe and the other from UK. For me it seems like a very dodgy website. I would not recommend. There are far better and trustworthy vape (e-)shops in Norway.
