Excellent piece

I was unfortunately sent the wrong type of liquids in my order. I contacted them to tell them and to somehow get it rectified. These amazingly helpful people actually drove to my house on their way home (this was during the coronavirus lockdown) to swap the wrong liquids for the right ones. I am so grateful as I would have been unable to post these back until lockdown was completely lifted. Thank you so much guys! You really went out of your way for me and I appreciate it so much. Honestly the best vape shop and best staff ever!

I paid for next day delivery for 7 pounds and have waited 3 working days and still it hasn’t come

Had an issue with a delivery, long story short they forgot to send out a couple of items that they didn’t have in stock - when contacted they were amazing, driving the products to me that evening, delivered personally with a bit extra to make up for their mistake. Great liquid, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about their products.

Id only use vape royale. The staff and friendly and knowledgeable and they have the best range of liquid and hardware

Excellent service was talked through what vapes where available and which liquid flavours there was.
Easy quick collection, life saver as my vape had died. Had a new one within an hour.
Had a few problems setting up and was guided through using Facebook and then the man at the shop looked at it himself and fixed the problem, no hassle very straight forward and helpful.
