No communication and very very long wait time for it to be shipped

I made an order on 7/16/2025 and it’s still processing as of 7/22/2025 . I have reached out to customer support 3 different times and have yet to receive a response
Update : 7/28 and still hasnt shipped my order and no response on my multiple emails……

Update 7/30 well I got an email saying my order is being shipped and will be delivered on 8/1! I hope all who hasn’t disputed their orders are getting the same email. This was a huge headache and many many not so nice emails sent

Placed a $200 order and never recieved

Placed a $200 order on 7/14 and never recieved! Sent multiple emails with no response. Website still shows order as processing. I have started a dispute with CC company. I Cant get an answer from customer service! I’ve ordered from her several times with no issues. Disappointing.

Absolutely horrendous business

Absolutely horrendous business. STAY AWAY. They are thieves stealing $112.60 from me and never send you your products. Also the customer service is Absolutely atrocious. Talk about a piss poor business. I will never order from them again and will leave as many bad reviews about them as I can.

Overall great service, saves money from buying locally

Granted, I have yet to receive my order, but as much of the negative feedback VR has received on this site has been shipping related, I wanted to share my positive experience with the ordering process as yet. I was admittedly wary after seeing so many reviews complaining of long processing times prior to shipping, and how identification verification requests also causes issues with processing times. The prices and selection won me over, however; and I ordered. I thought I’d be proactive and sent them an email with my order number and photos of my drivers license; to prevent possible issues there. I was delighted to get an email the following day noting that my order was shipped. The UPS tracking was active and showing package received by the end of the business day. So far so good and I’ll update with info about order completion and product quality when I get my order.
I wanted to note I knocked one star off because of the surprising lack of shipping options and not having the option to even choose expedited shipping. As others have noted, the variety of shipping options available in the current market are far too varied, between the various shipping companies, the ability to use third parties to list and ship, and even splitting shipping between major carriers and last mile couriers local to the customer, it’s definitely a turn off for many potential customers to find zero ability to choose between various shipping options and prices. The amount I was charged for shipping was way too high for it to be standard ground- I’d rather have had the option to use usps priority mail instead and received the package in 2 days for far less cost. While admittedly we have all been spoiled by Amazon and their free same day and next day delivery, there’s really no excuse for only offering 5-8 business days delivery when so many other options are available.
Yall would have a waaaY HIGHER RATING if you took heed of your customers advice and complaints and fix this problem. Because if you lose customers to other sites with higher prices because they ship faster, you have a problem.
EDIT- I received my order 7 days (not business but just days) after ordering. The products are all authentic and were packaged with care. Overall the experience was great, I’m only deducting a star for the lack of shipping options and being charged $7 for signature shipping which wasn’t added to the actual cost of shipping. If I hadn’t been charged that, the shipping cost would have been fair and competitive, but as is, what I paid for shipping should have provided 2 day delivery. It’s worth it as long as I order several products at once, and I’ll be a repeat customer I think.

Been waiting for an order to be shipped almost 2 weeks now. This company used to be great getting orders shipped promptly. But the last few times it's been a hassle. Going to start ordering from another company. Sad cause I've been ordering from them for years.

Best Vape Shop - Katherine is seriously the best ☆☆☆☆☆

Best Vape shop that I have bought from, hands down! Prices are way better than my local shops, and other online platforms. Their customer service is the best I've seen, Katherine is seriously the best! Great selection, always new juices to try, dependable reviews from other customers on their website. My orders are always packed, prepped and sent within five business days, or even sooner. For a small business, that kind of turn around time is above and beyond!
I've been vaping for over a decade, and Vape Royalty is who I will continue to order from, they are seriously the best!

Great unless you need customer service

Product selection and prices are great but if you have an issue their customer service is highly lacking. Once they initially get back to you the working with you when they made an error and fixing it is like pulling teeth. You provide the exact information they would want with pictures in your initial contact and then they keep asking you for the same. Eventually they just stop responding and you have no idea what is going on. They have no phone number to contact and won’t call you to make it easier. Their customer service gets 0 stars.
Update: after 7 days they finally replied that they were sending my replacement items. So in the end they followed thru and as I said it is a great site, great prices, but their customer service is still not great. To not respond to an email every day for almost a week to just provide me the info as to when replacement items would be sent after I provided them all the information they asked for promptly was a disappointment.

Vape Royalty overcharged my shipping…

Vape Royalty overcharged my shipping costs by NOT including the adult signature confirmation on my package. When I contacted customer service, they were extremely rude and blamed the carrier. It was 100% not the carriers fault and the tracking info even reflects that the signature requirement was not included. I don't like paying for services I didn't receive or being treated like some lying pos. Make sure they actually utilized the adult signature REQUIREMENT on your shipment before you go filing complaints on your carrier.

History! In the rearview mirror! Bye bye now!

Out of fairness so you know this is not biased. I found them to be better than the previous 5 others online vape stores. They did credit me once because the juice was off color and then there was a missed shipping which I paid for expedited delivery they gave a partial credit The customer service was friendly and for 1.5 yrs., as a customer they have been consistent. My final order was the straw that broke the Camel's back. I ordered on the 4th which was a Wednesday early afternoon of Dec 2024 They didn't have the order ready to ship for over a week That order (My last order) didn't arrive until
Sat Dec 14, 2024. I dealt with someone named "Fanny" I asked what happened... Why did it take so long to process my order? No no they couldn't have that conversation instead I got a nuanced response definitely not a human response and far from friendly. He or she refused to acknowledge that they dropped the ball. Conclusion: It's a new year and I'm off to try a new vendor and there are many that carry my favorite juice. I would not say that this company is bad and therefore you shouldn't use them but I have a policy of my own. I give these companies a chance to earn my business and simple put 3 strikes and you are out! Why should we put up with people that don't want to take responsibility for their F-ups?

Outstanding customer service

On December 4, 2024, I placed an order for multiple items. As always, my order was processed and shipped by the next business day. For my area, I typically receive my orders within 5 days, but this time I didn’t. I checked my order and learned that USPS was still awaiting my package; therefore, I messaged Vape Royalties customer service to inquire about my package. Christine messaged me in a timely manner and advised what I should do and what to expect in this situation. Unfortunately, the matter was not resolved with me receiving my package; however, I messaged Christine and requested refund, at which time she immediately processed my refund and my refund was received within 3 business days. Although I did not receive my merchandise, Vape Royalty took care of me the best they could under the circumstances. I understand that shipping company’s are working tirelessly during the holidays and things happen. I will still continue to use this company specifically because good customer service is very hard to come by these days!

Ridiculous Shipping....

I am furious as to how long it's taking to get my order from Vape Royalty, the fact that the first time I ordered from them it was delivered via UPS, (which was a headache then but turned out good in the end), and now this is my second order and this time around it's shipping USPS. I was never given the option to "pick" the carrier, and for the ridiculously high shipping price, I feel the amount of time this is taking is completely unreasonable... I am furious and the longer I wait the more mad and vocal I want to be about it! I swear if it doesn't come by tonight/tomorrow I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!! Not to mention it's highly irritating there is no phone number to call, and their transaction hold/authorization delays are annoying as well.... Sigh. I just really want my order, it's not worth the headache, the cost of shipping, the delays and lack of communication options. Very highly disappointed this time around!!

Great deals and awesome service!

Love this company. Great customer service. I made a order of 6 nic vapes and 2 thca vapes. They came in a few days. All was good except one of the thc vapes looked old was real cloudy looking. I contacted them via email and got a response immediately. They asked me to take short vid and pic of box to get refunded. I threw all my boxes in trash. I had no hope of getting refunded for that but they gave me store credit for the bad vape. Wow that's awsome and Vape Royalty will be my go to for all my vapes. The deals are insane if you can get free shipping!
