Vaper Store is a premium online retailer of all things vape related. We are primarily a UK based store but we do ship to Ireland and other countries in the EU where vaping is legal.

Vaper Store stocks vape disposables in 0mg, 10mg and 20mg, 100ml and 50ml vape juice with supplementary nic shots and salts. We also stock mods, pods, kits, coils, tanks and batteries. UK Vapers and all UK vaping equipment is completely catered for at our online vape shop. We also sell a range of CBD vapes and CBD juice.We sell the best, cheapest vape juices and liquids from all popular vapour and juice suppliers.

Age Verification

As a responsible online retailer of vape products we adhere to all current legislation on the sale of vape related products. All customers must be able to verify their age when ordering. We do this via our partner 1account who cross-reference customer order details with other data sources to verify the age of every customer.

Great customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Vaper Store. We will endeavour to resolve any customer service issues which are fundamentally our fault or within our control but we can't always control everything such as couriers losing parcels or delays in parcels being delivered.

Ordered vape liquids totalling £25.00

FALSE ADVERTISING - Ordered vape liquids totalling £25.00 - on 4th February 2026 & still no products delivered. First delivery in January 2026 arrived super quick so trusted Vaper Store……mid February there’s no updates on my account & nothing on Shopify either…….I am now guessing I have been scammed as they took £25 from my bank account & I have had no replies via email or by using ‘contact forms’ to vaper store!!!!! DONT TRUST THEM as they DO NOT fulfill their promise of good customer service or deliveries & do not reply to customer queries/complaints. I asked for the order to be upheld or a full refund but I have not heard anything since & nothing to show for £25

This is the third order ive placed

This is the third order ive placed. First order no problems everything was fine.second order arrived, upon opening there was 1 item missinng from my order. Refillable vape pod kit,company had not informed me prior or even bothered to apologise for missing item. Just showed up on delivered email as unforfilled item. I sent numerous emails week after week.with out one single reply, they eventually sent me a refund after about 3 month. This order same as previous two was placed based on receiving free cbd oil with every order.upon opening my last parcel all items where there, but no free cbd oil as advertised and no reason why either. Needless to say ive already sent 5 email with no reply. But this is a trading standards issue. It false advising basically, luring people in with false claims of great service, 24 hour responnse,free cbd oil with every order. Then not for filling commitments.

Delivery lets service down bigtime.

I paid for next day service. Got the items Monday. Order placed Friday. No way to track. Items just left on doorstep as well. WFH & in all day, never knew item was there. The best thing is the product is decent. But it is let down by your chouice of logistics company.

Poor customer service... no response to simple error on their part

I placed an order during the recent sale for six different products, two types of nicotine pouches, one type of CBD pouch, buying five of each. The pricing was great, and the products I received were of good quality.

Unfortunately, the order arrived missing the majority of the pouches (I only received one of each item). Since then, I’ve tried contacting Vaper Store multiple times via email but have had no response whatsoever. There’s no phone number to call, and it feels impossible to get hold of anyone to resolve what seems like a simple mistake.

It’s really disappointing because the products themselves are decent, but the lack of communication or any attempt to fix the issue has completely let the company down. I’d love for someone from Vaper Store to finally reach out and correct this.
