Made an order late Friday October 20. and just received it today the 1st of November. It was shipped October 23. So 8 working days shipping.
All is fine, and the customer service was kind and helpful.

I orderd a package, but I received a message where they told me that it was damaged during transport (this took almost 2weeks). Instead of resending the order, they tried to offer a voucher which did not cover the postage. Also this would have required for me to do order again, instead of them shipping replacement. I have never experienced this kind of customer service where vendor tries to put you to do them work.

I will try to put this as simply as I can. Given that there has happend something during shipping (package lost, damaged etc.).
Expected outcome is following: vendor notifies customer about the incident and sends another package without any extra trouble for customer.
Observer outcome: vendor tells that they are giving you a voucher to cover expenses (excl. Shipping) -> customer needs to do order again + plus pay extra for the shipping which voucher does not cover. So it cannot get more objective than this, this has nothing to do with hate or anything.

I had been a satisfied customer of this store for a while, but unfortunately, my last order was marred by several issues with the vapes (Killa Switch) I received:
1. Two vapes arrived without any e-liquid.
2. One vape had a battery issue; it wouldn't power on and was missing the bottom plastic cap, resulting in an empty e-liquid container.
3. Another vape couldn't be turned off and continued to burn throughout the night.
4. Several of the vapes ran out within 2-3 days, whereas typically, I could use one vape for a week.
I promptly raised some of these issues within the 14-day return window and, as they also fell under the 90-day manufacturer warranty, I expected a swift resolution. However, to my surprise, Vapesale24.store directed me to the warranty policy and explained that they do not offer replacements or coupons since they are not the manufacturers. This left me puzzled and frustrated.
They referred me to the Warranty Terms, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy, but despite their prompt response, the problems with the vapes remain unresolved. This experience has left me disappointed and unsure about the future of my patronage with their store.

Looks like its time for legal action against them and ban them from selling in Europe. I can provide proof of order and payment here if required

Got my stuff.
The brand “Bar Juice” seems a lot weaker in the flavor than what im used to from other vendors, but could be a batch issue.
(both Blue Razz Lemonade and Pink Lemonade)
Spent 73 Euros and happy with my vapes, but the whole police raid situation on their old warehouse is still making me feel iffy about using their site again.
Therefore not a full 5 stars yet.
Last thing, Ups is terrible… Expect mistakes and headaches.
