Absolute scam. You place your order then they ask for proof of ID to be emailed to them. Once you send that they ask for a photo of your credit card. What a scam. Now they are sitting with my money and refuse to refund the full amount I have paid! I’m taking this to visa fraud team!
Found what I wanted and paid with my credit card. The next day I recieved an email wanting a photo of my driver's license. I thought that was wierd. They took my money already. My part of the transaction is complete. When I phoned the store assistant said if they asked for it before people paid they might not buy. I said but you've taken my money. Imagine the same scenario in store. You'd ask for the I.D before you take their money. Also I was charged 3.5 percent when I cancelled. Very dodgey and they ripped me off. Totally unprofessional and just stupid as I buy a lot online.

At cheek out says that they MAY want photo id to complete order but in their terms of service it says they REQUIRE one and for a refund they charge 3.5% this is scummy
Amazing customer service. Minor issue with the order that was rectified promptly. Would highly recommend and will use again.
