Customer service was top notch

Customer service was top notch. After a damaged order was reported back to VOW, I got an email back pretty much straight away and a replacement sent immediately, which I've just received 2 days later in perfect condition.
Great price, better than any other sites that I found.
Will definitely use VOW again. Thank you.
