Glass mouthpieces
Ordered new glass mouthpieces for my vape. Arrived quickly but unfortunately 1 had broken un transit. Emailed to request a replacement and received a response within an hour to say a replacement had been sent. The replacement was received a few days later. Excellent customer service.

I'd looked for a specific model of vape on a lot of websites and everywhere was out of stock. VoW had the stock at an excellent price. Ordering was super easy, communication was prompt and thorough, and delivery was spot on (minor delay due to Royal Mail but you can't hold the shop accountable). Would happily order again, cheers! Hi Patrick. We are sorry you are unhappy. We apologise profusely that the item was not in stock. This was a mistake about which I emailed you immediately. We also processed your refund immediately, but as you had paid via PayPal, the payment had to clear (I am not sure why it sometimes does this). Again, we explained this to you as soon as you told us you had not yet received the refund. If you check your PayPal statement, you can see that what I am telling you is true.
We processed the refund immediately and the PayPal, for whatever reason, took several days to actually refund the money to your account. We take full responsibility for the initial stock issue, for which we have now apologised several times and which can happen to any online business very occasionally, but we are not in any way responsible for the slowness of the refund from PayPal. We do, however, sympathise with your frustration regarding the slowness of the refund and can only apologise on behalf of PayPal.
We have emailed you some further information regarding this issue and if you wish to contact us to discuss it further, please feel free to do so.
