You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for - its cheap and its cheap - the USB charger split when carefully screwing in tank for a recharge. It's now generally on the blink and ready for the bin - it was a present. There's no way I would've ordered a 'disposable' - so much waste.

From an amazing product and company …

From an amazing product and company Vapestick are now well known for letting their customers down not sending out orders until chased and then making excuses. Now they have reached a new low not sending orders, communicating with customers and failing to refund when asked and informed feedback would be left to warn others. How could you allow this to happen?

Appalling customer service

Loved this product and initially product and service were good. Batteries and refills don't seem to last as long as they did. Have had loads of problems with orders either not arriving or the wrong strength or flavour. I set up a monthly subscription but have had to phone every month to chase up the order - they never let you know that your item is out of stock. This month, order didn't come. i phoned and someone was going to call me back but didn't. I phoned again and told the cartomisers were out of stock and they only had vanilla. I was offered a refund. It hasn't arrived so I guess that means yet another phone call. Sadly have decided to switch to another brand that is more easily accessible.

Sale of the V2 disposable over 60% …

Sale of the V2 disposable over 60% don't work and they refused to accept returns and said sale goods cannot be returned (check the law) yes they can. Came up with several different reasons for non return.i don't have time to deal with this matter so I have given up and changed brand.

Poor at best!

Hi, the cartomisers that come with the xl starter kit actually leaked in to my mouth and on my lips!! Awful. I ordered a pack of 4 prefilled refills a week later, and they did the same. Customer service denied ever having had this issue raised before, which I find hard to believe. Actual charging case I found to be in effective, didn't hold a charge half as long as goVyp.which charged battery in case without any need to keep pressing buttons. Disappointing, and expensive, won't be buying from them again.

Bloody useless!

First one I bought had no charge and wouldn't charge up, swapped it, then the refills I'd bought literally filled my mouth with oil and so I swapped it, new set of refills....same problem, new set of refills, both leaking! Then the vape stopped charging....got another new vape that lasted two days and again...wouldn't hold a charge! Save your money!!!!

Good product. Awful customer service.

I have been ordering from them for a few months and no problem. Good product. however last month I ordered and received 2 products that simply did not work (V2 disposables) and the cartomizers that came in wrong strength. I have mailed several times but not had a response. Dissapointing as their products are good but their customer service/complaints system doesn't work.

Poor customer service

I purchased from this company back in July and the item has never worked. I have been on their website and read the troubleshooting page and followed all their advise to no avail. I have emailed them several times but never received a reply.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE VAPESTICK!!!!!
