You ordered on a Saturday and we dispatched your order and sent tracking details on the Monday morning. Maybe check your spam folder or contact us if you still cannot find the tracking details.
We do not control the postal services and cannot change the fact that they are under huge stress during this busy time of year. I hope your order turns up asap.

Excellent customer service
Excellent products and with a great customer service. My parcel was really delayed and i got no feedback from the parcel service. When i contacted VTYD customer service i got a reply within 15 minutes and he went after my package to find out what happened. He comforted me by telling me that if turned out that the package was lost that he would send a replacement right away. The package turned up a day later and the tracking was still saying it was at a post office in London. Even though the problems at Royal Mail of extreme delays where known. They still took the time to help me out!
Nice that a shop treats you as a actual person and not just some annoying client.
This site will be the first i visite when i'm allowed to spoil myself with new vape gear!
