I purchased 10 r&r tornados 9000 puff…

I purchased 10 r&r tornados 9000 puff bars. They arrived but each one gives around 400 puffs then tastes burned. I have tried lightly charging, full charging, letting them steep. Nothing I am using 1 a day and throwing away 8.5k puffs on average of each bar.
I wrote to the company and asked for resolution, it must be a dodgy batch or stored wrong/ out of date. Nothing. I'm on day 4 now of requesting. At this point , I would say avoid at all costs. I won't accuse them of selling fakes because I have no reason to believe they are fake.
In ten days I will be doing a chargeback unless they answer!!!
