A mixed bag, mostly good where it counts

For starters they do not answer e-mails. After several wonderful experiences with bringing on a new vendor and the fact that previously tested ones were no longer trusted--I do vibe checks before ordering from anyone new. After reading their lack of a return policy on juice and being sent some old, bunk (dark when it's always been clear) from a past source, I wanted a little more clarification on what to expect. Crickets. I was also interested in a Purge mech mod that was available, crickets again on 2 simple product-related questions.

Also, spending over a certain dollar amount lets you 'choose' your free gift. There is only one choice: a pack of disposables. I'm into RBAs so that appeals about as much as hemorrhoids surgery without anesthesia. But hey they were free, convenient and worth a shot, so I will look past the overly aggressive marketing with the intention of getting me on a product that will undoubtedly make me even more dependent on nicotine than I already am, and where things like ingredients are anything but transparent. There was no mention of any menthol in the flavor description, but a lot of lines to read between when they say things like 'cool rush of Blue Raspberry' or maybe even the 'soda' part of 'lemon-lime soda'. Huh? Blue Razz is sweet NOT cool on its own. I ordered about 4 dozen bottles of juice, and none were menthol. Had I known going in that this would taste like vaping a cough drop the freebie would not have been any kind of a selling point. In fact the box of 9 renaming and the open one all went in the garbo after 3 puffs. Disgusting. Whether the culprit is menthol, ice or koolada is just semantics; it all tastes like a N'Ice, NOT 'nice' lol.

But on the pro's side and the main concern, I did not wind up with anything with obvious signs of being well past its prime. Nothing was heavily oxidized other than a couple bottles that I thought looked overly dark for fruit juice (pretty much all I vape). Shipping was prompt as well it should have been with an $18 flat fee that you find out about once you get into the checkout part of the transaction.

Honestly this is far from a perfect scenario, but it beats being scammed and they have quite a few juices I either like or would like to try--and at a decent price even if not the absolute lowest. Vape Wholesale showed early signs of being reliable and trustworthy on the most crucial aspects of what is important to me, so I will return for re-up as long as this remains to be the case. That's just rational business, does not mean I'm going to shower you with sunshine and rainbows overall when there are pretty obvious areas that could do with some improvement.

Very disappointed

This company is a joke, ive been having problems since i ordered on Friday, they don't email you back and don't answer their phone. One person finally called me back after 4 days and I told him the problem, he said he was going to call me right back an nothing. I am very disappointed, this is the 1st time I order an its goin to be the last time.

Terribe experience - Amount debited twice, with no order confirmation

I am writing this review after a frustrating experience with Vape Wholesale USA. I’ve spent over a week trying to resolve an issue with no response despite sending multiple emails and making nearly 75 attempts to reach their helpline.

I initially verified the site on Google and decided to place an order. However, their checkout process is poorly designed. After entering my delivery address and selecting my payment method, I was charged immediately when I confirmed the order. The site then froze on the same screen. I assumed it was a temporary issue and tried to reorder, only to be charged a second time with no order confirmation or email receipt.

Since then, I've repeatedly tried to contact them via email and their helpline, but I only receive a default answering machine message instructing me to send an email for faster service. It seems their helpline is perpetually busy from 8 am to 5 pm every day, and none of my attempts at various times have been successful.

I am extremely dissatisfied and want to warn others about my experience. I also placed additional post-paid orders, which were debited, but I have received no response or updates in over a week. This suggests a significant problem with their service. I urge Vape Wholesale USA to address their website functionality issues and improve their customer service promptly to avoid further negative experiences.

fast shipping and good quality

ive ordered from them twice already and they shipped it within a day. i sell vapes and i havent had an issue with their products. They have good stock and shipping is cheap, too.
