Worst concept ever imagined!
Vapiano's concept on waiting to order for food is the worst possible scenario they could come up with. There is a different waiting line for every type of dish (pasta, pizza, etc) someone wants to order. AND on top of that you have to wait to that very spot for your dish to be prepared before moving to the next line. For example, I went with my wife and we wanted a pizza, a risotto and a salad. That means that one of us needs to stay at the table while the other one waits at THREE different lines to make three different orders and of course wait for each one to be prepared!!!
They could at least create a line for orders only and then get to receive the food from whoever cook prepares it first. Standing in line for more than an hour to get overpriced, Italian food for below average quality is a no-go for me. NEVER AGAIN!
