Ordered glass tubes and did not receive…
Ordered glass tubes and did not receive tracking number in 24 hrs as stated (has been 20 days without response). Tried emailing their sales department numerous times but emails keep getting returned as undeliverable. Also sent messege using their "contact us" system on web site with no responses either. I have filed dispute with my bank to get my money back. Don't waste your time with this company!

Beware of this Company
This business is horrible. They only sent half my order. I have emailed them several times to ask when I will get the rest of my order, but have been totally ignored. I will never order from them again. If I would have known they were based in China I would have never ordered from them. I wish I would have done my research first.

Sold me the wrong item and after getting 1 response from customer service they have completely ignored me for over a week now. No refund no nothing. Please save yourself the frustration and don't lose your money to this company

All round quite good service
All round quite good service. Seemed a bit suspicious with very little reviews (only a couple on Reddit). I needed a bubble glass for my Oumier Bulk RTA & they were the only site who had them available so I thought I'd risk it as the items are not too expensive. Prices were given in dollars then converted into £ at checkout as I live in the UK. Paid with PayPal for extra safety in case I never received my item. However I got my item within 2 weeks which seeing as their distributors are located in china is not too bad. Plus free worldwide shipping. Can't really complain.
